About our certifications
Apresa complies with the certifications required by the profession. A continuous training process for our valuers is part of this.
Our valuers
Our valuers are certified with the appropriate organisations. In Dutch they are called: ‘Federatie Taxateurs Makelaar Veilinghouders (TMV)’ and/or ‘Verenigd Register van Taxateurs (VRT)’.
By regularly following trainings and frequent visits to art fairs, auctions, lectures and exhibitions, the valuers of Apresa remain fully up-to-date with all developments in the field.
A second nature
The world of art, antiques and valuables is constantly changing. This makes it important for our valuers to acquire knowledge where they can. It becomes their second nature.
Our reports
Apresa reports in accordance with the highest standards when it comes to description and detail, which means that our valuation reports are accepted by all insurance companies.
Our valuation reports conform to article 7:960 of the Dutch Civil Code, which stipulates that an independent expert must inspect and value the items beforehand.
Such a report prevents disputes and ensures you can expect your claims settlement to be stress-free.
