Effective conservation of art

Government institutions own or manage particular objects and are often responsible for the effective conservation of art and heritage. It is therefore important to ensure periodic valuations and to check the condition of public collections.

Public spaces

This extends far beyond art in the town hall or in museums. Much of the art belonging to government institutions is located in public spaces, such as images and artworks in town squares and reliefs on buildings. Or in less visible places such as the art stored in depots and archives.

Apresa employees are specialists in a broad range of areas and assist local authorities in caring for their particular heritage. Various government institutions in the Netherlands call on Apresa’s valuation expertise.
